26 North is relocating its New York City office to 40 West 57th Street in a new 84,000-square-foot lease, according to Commercial Observer.
The alternative investment management firm will take four full floors at the 36-story Midtown office building after moving from 600 Madison Avenue. The lease runs for 13 years, although financial terms were not disclosed.
The move adds to the activity at 40 West 57th Street, a Class A office property spanning more than 750,000 square feet. The building offers tenants amenities including a lounge, café, conference rooms, an outdoor terrace and a wellness center, with a gym planned for 2027.
For 26 North, the relocation provides a larger Midtown headquarters in a prominent office setting while bringing its New York team together under one roof.
