Bader Media has signed a 3,651-square-foot lease at 242 West 38th Street, according to Commercial Observer. The end-to-end media production firm will occupy space on the building’s 10th floor as part of a relocation.
The lease carries an asking rent of $43 per square foot. Bader Media is expected to move from 226 West 26th Street, although the lease term was not disclosed.
The transaction adds to the recent leasing activity at 242 West 38th Street, a 14-story office building in the Garment District. For Bader Media, the new space provides a dedicated home for its next phase of operations.
