Canadian fashion brand and apparel manufacturer Bagatelle International is relocating to a full-floor lease at 463 Seventh Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The company signed for 23,785 square feet on the building’s 10th floor, where it will bring together its offices and showroom.
The move is expected to take place in October. Bagatelle is relocating from a smaller Midtown space as it continues to grow its New York operations. The lease adds another completed transaction to Penn Plaza / Garment, the building’s alternative name, in the Garment District.
With Bagatelle International taking the entire floor, the company will have room for both day-to-day office work and showroom functions under one roof. The new space at 463 Seventh Avenue offers a larger footprint for the next stage of the company’s operations.
