Bohler Engineering has expanded its presence at 14 Penn Plaza, signing a 14,000-square-foot lease across floors 25 and 26, according to Commercial Observer.
The civil engineering company grew from 8,000 square feet to 14,000 square feet at 225 West 34th Street. The 10-year lease gives Bohler Engineering additional room in a Midtown Manhattan office building known as 14 Penn Plaza.
The transaction adds to the building’s recent leasing activity and reflects Bohler Engineering’s continued commitment to its 14 Penn Plaza location.
