Bohler Engineering has expanded its footprint at 14 Penn Plaza, taking 14,000 square feet for a new 10-year lease, according to Commercial Observer. The civil engineering company grew from 8,000 square feet, marking a significant expansion at the Midtown Manhattan building.
The deal adds to the activity at 14 Penn Plaza, also known as 225 West 34th Street. With its new space, Bohler Engineering will have room to support its continued growth in a central Midtown setting.
