Brenton Point Capital Partners is relocating to 10 Grand Central, signing a 9,000-square-foot office lease on the 24th floor, according to Commercial Observer.
The private equity firm is moving from 900 Third Avenue into space at 60 East 42nd Street. The deal covers 9,000 square feet at an asking rent of $108 per square foot.
The lease adds to the momentum at 10 Grand Central, a 35-story office property next to Grand Central Terminal. The building offers a hospitality-focused workplace with concierge services, design-forward interiors and a broad set of tenant amenities.
For Brenton Point, the relocation provides a new Midtown base in the Grand Central submarket while giving the firm room for its New York operations. The lease term was not disclosed.
