The private equity firm is moving from 900 Third Avenue into space on the 24th floor of 10 Grand Central. The deal adds another financial services company to the building's office roster and gives Brenton Point a new Midtown Manhattan home in the Grand Central submarket.
The lease term was not disclosed. The transaction reflects Brenton Point's decision to relocate rather than renew its current space, while keeping the firm in a central Midtown office setting.
