Brex, an AI-powered financial platform, has signed a 93,779-square-foot lease at 200 Varick Street in Manhattan, according to Commercial Observer.
The relocation will bring Brex to the 25th and 26th floors of 200 Varick Street. The San Francisco-based company provides corporate cards, expense management software, and business cash management accounts for growing companies.
The lease adds a sizable Manhattan office for Brex as the company continues to build its presence in New York. The length of the lease and asking rent were not disclosed.
