Bylt Basics is opening its first permanent New York City storefront at 108 North Sixth Street in Williamsburg, according to Commercial Observer.
The men’s apparel brand signed a 2,085-square-foot lease at the two-story commercial building, located between Berry Street and Wythe Avenue. The Williamsburg location gives Bylt Basics a physical presence in a neighborhood that has become an increasingly important destination for national and emerging retail brands.
The deal adds another active retail use to L3 Capital’s Williamsburg portfolio. For Bylt Basics, the long-term lease marks a move from online retail into a permanent New York City storefront.
The property is located at 108 North Sixth Street, in the Brooklyn submarket.
