Castle Hook Partners has signed a lease for the 52nd and 53rd floors at 625 Madison Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The New York-based hedge fund manager will occupy the top two floors of the planned 53-story tower, covering 52,000 square feet.
The lease runs for 15 years and includes options to renew for another 10 years. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal adds to the growing momentum around 625 Madison Avenue as the project takes shape in Manhattan’s Plaza District.
