Cerity Partners is expanding at 99 Park Avenue with a 19,600-square-foot lease on the eighth floor, according to Commercial Observer. The 15-year deal will add to the wealth management firm’s existing presence at the Midtown office tower and bring its total footprint there to about 68,300 square feet.
The expansion reflects Cerity Partners’ continued growth at 99 Park Avenue. The firm had recently expanded to 48,671 square feet at the building, and the new space will support its move toward direct occupancy next year. The reported asking rent starts at $90 per square foot.
Located in the Grand Central submarket, 99 Park Avenue is a 26-story office building. For Cerity Partners, the additional eighth-floor space creates room to build on its existing Midtown footprint while staying in the same building.
