The Chan Zuckerberg Biohub has signed a 10,666-square-foot lease for the entire ninth floor at 100-104 Fifth Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The nonprofit biomedical research organization is relocating to the building from an office near Union Square.
The lease gives Biohub the full ninth floor of the 20-story office tower at the southwest corner of Fifth Avenue and West 15th Street. The move brings the organization to a larger setting for its New York operations while keeping it in the same general Midtown South area.
Lease terms were not disclosed. Asking rents at 100-104 Fifth Avenue reportedly range from $110 to $150 per square foot.
