Comcast Advertising has signed a 139,774-square-foot lease at 1540 Broadway, relocating its advertising headquarters from 55 West 46th Street, according to Commercial Observer.
The deal brings Comcast Advertising to the Times Square submarket and reflects the company’s move into a large, centrally located Midtown office. The lease covers the 25th and 26th floors of 1540 Broadway.
The asking rent and lease term were not disclosed. The transaction follows a $150 million repositioning of the property and adds to the building’s growing momentum as companies look for modern office environments with strong accessibility and updated amenities.
