Conduct AI has signed a 6,705-square-foot lease for its first U.S. office at 140 Crosby Street in SoHo, according to Commercial Observer. The London-based artificial intelligence company will occupy the entire third floor as it establishes its U.S. presence.
The new office gives Conduct AI room to support more than 60 employees as the company continues to grow. The transaction also adds a new technology presence to 140 Crosby Street, a six-story, 34,500-square-foot office building completed in 2019.
Lease economics and the length of the agreement were not disclosed. The deal reflects Conduct AI’s decision to create a dedicated Manhattan workplace for its next stage of growth.
