Contour Venture Partners renewed its 3,258-square-foot office at 475 Park Avenue South for a three-and-a-half-year term, according to Connect CRE. The deal keeps the firm in its existing sixth-floor space at the Midtown South office property.
The renewal adds to recent leasing activity at 475 Park Avenue South, a 35-story office building that has continued to attract companies seeking space in the area. For Contour Venture Partners, the agreement provides continuity while extending its presence at the building.
