Diamond Home has signed a 7,272-square-foot office lease covering the entire fifth floor at 20 West 36th Street, according to Commercial Observer.
The household goods importer and distributor is relocating from 28 West 36th Street. The lease runs for seven years and seven months, giving Diamond Home a longer-term home in Midtown South. Asking rent at the building was $46 per square foot.
Located between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas, 20 West 36th Street is a 12-story office building. Diamond Home is expected to move into its new space in the coming months as the company completes renovations.
