Dolce & Gabbana is relocating its New York headquarters to 551 Fifth Avenue, taking 20,995 square feet on the ninth floor, according to Commercial Observer.
The move brings the fashion company to the Grand Central submarket from its current office at 546 Fifth Avenue. The full ninth-floor lease is a direct lease, and the term was not disclosed.
For Dolce & Gabbana, the relocation adds a new Midtown workplace while keeping the company close to its existing Manhattan base. The deal gives 551 Fifth Avenue another full-floor office user and adds to the building’s recent transaction activity.
