Fifth Season has signed a 5,000-square-foot lease at 115 West 27th Street in Chelsea, according to Commercial Observer. The global media company develops, finances, produces, and distributes films, television, and documentaries.
The lease was signed on October 12. Financial terms were not disclosed beyond an asking rent of $45 per square foot, and the lease term was not available.
The move represents a relocation from Fifth Season’s former office at 60 Madison Avenue. The company, which previously operated under the name Endeavor Content, rebranded in 2022.
The 12-story loft-style office building, completed in 1910, provides Fifth Season with 5,000 square feet in Chelsea.
