Fifth Third Bank is expanding its office footprint at 50 Rockefeller Plaza, according to Commercial Observer. The bank added roughly 11,000 square feet to its headquarters, bringing its total space in the building to 32,347 square feet.
Fifth Third Bank originally signed its lease in 2022. The expanded lease will run through February 2034, extending the company’s commitment to 50 Rockefeller Plaza. The deal adds to the bank’s presence in the Plaza District and gives its New York team more room to grow.
