Garnett Station Partners is expanding its office footprint by 10,392 square feet on the entire seventh floor of 450 Park Avenue, according to Commercial Observer.
The New York-based private equity investment firm and alternative asset manager has been a tenant at 450 Park Avenue since 2023. The new 11.5-year lease brings its total space in the building to 35,355 square feet.
The expansion adds to Garnett’s presence at 450 Park Avenue and gives the company additional room as it continues to grow in the Plaza District.
