Havas Health is expanding its Midtown headquarters at 200 Madison Avenue, signing a 15-year lease extension that increases its total office footprint to 254,118 square feet, according to Commercial Observer.
The agreement renews Havas Health’s existing 189,461 square feet and adds another 64,657 square feet within the building. The expanded headquarters now covers five floors and extends through at least 2041.
Havas Health has been at 200 Madison Avenue since the late 1990s. The latest deal keeps the company in the building while giving it more room for its growing health and wellness communications business.
The expansion follows improvements at 200 Madison Avenue, including a renovated entrance and lobby. Ownership is also developing an 11,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor amenity center on the 10th floor with conference rooms, a lounge, event areas, a game area and an outdoor garden.
