Havas Health has signed a 15-year lease to renew its existing space and add 64,657 square feet at 200 Madison Avenue, bringing its Midtown headquarters to 254,118 square feet across five floors, according to Commercial Observer.
The agreement extends through at least 2041 and strengthens Havas Health’s long-term presence in the Murray Hill submarket. The company has occupied space at 200 Madison Avenue since the late 1990s, making the expansion a continuation of its New York operations rather than a move to a new building.
The added space will support Havas Health’s growing headquarters within the 26-story office tower. Building ownership has also recently renovated the entrance and lobby and is developing an indoor-outdoor amenity center with conference rooms, lounge and event areas, a game space, and an outdoor garden.
For Havas Health, the deal provides room to grow while keeping its operations together at 200 Madison Avenue.
