Inspiren Signs Lease at 61 West 23rd Street

Inspiren has signed an 8,367-square-foot lease at 61 West 23rd Street in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, according to Commercial Observer.

Inspiren provides an AI-powered technology platform for senior living communities. The 8,367-square-foot space on the fifth floor marks the company’s first permanent office in New York City. Inspiren moved into the space in early September.

The lease adds another growing technology company to 61 West 23rd Street, a seven-story office building between Fifth Avenue and Avenue of the Americas. The building’s renovated interiors include updated lobbies, modernized elevators and pre-built offices.
