The deal covers floors 25 and 26 and gives the grocery delivery company a larger New York office footprint. The lease runs for seven years and was signed in the second quarter of 2026.
111 West 33rd Street sits in a highly connected part of Midtown, right by Penn Plaza and the Garment District, which makes it an easy fit for a company that wants convenient access for its team and clients. For Instacart, the move looks like a practical step up in size as it settles into a bigger presence in the city.
