Irish Arts Center signed a three-year, 4,422-square-foot lease at 630 Ninth Avenue while its permanent location at 553 West 51st Street is redeveloped, according to Commercial Observer.
The new space is on the 14th floor of 630 Ninth Avenue, also known as the Film Center Building, in Hell’s Kitchen. The lease gives Irish Arts Center a temporary home during the redevelopment of its permanent facility.
The transaction adds to the recent leasing activity at 630 Ninth Avenue, where organizations continue to use the building for office and institutional space. For Irish Arts Center, the move provides continuity while work is underway at its long-term location.
