IWG/Regus has signed a 22,000-square-foot lease covering the entire 26th and 27th floors at 475 Park Avenue South, according to Connect CRE.
The new space gives International Workplace Group, the parent company of Regus, room to expand its Midtown South presence. The lease spans two full floors in the 35-story office building and represents the largest of five recent leasing transactions announced at 475 Park Avenue South.
With this addition, IWG/Regus will have a larger footprint at 475 Park Avenue South as demand continues for flexible office space in Manhattan. The transaction adds another significant lease to the building’s recent activity.
