Luxury jewelry brand Julie Vos has signed a 14,000-square-foot office lease at 218 West 40th Street, according to Commercial Observer.
Julie Vos will take the building’s entire fourth floor. The lease term was not disclosed, and the reported asking rent was $46 per square foot.
The company is expected to move its employees from 10 East 38th Street to 218 West 40th Street this month. The new space gives Julie Vos a full-floor office in Midtown Manhattan that can support its team and continued growth.
For 218 West 40th Street, the deal adds another full-floor office commitment to the 12-story property and reflects the appeal of a private, brand-oriented headquarters in the Penn Plaza / Garment submarket.
