Loeb & Loeb has expanded its footprint at 345 Park Avenue, according to Commercial Observer.
The firm signed a 16-year extension for its existing space on floors 18 through 21 and also added part of the 13th floor. That brings its total space at 345 Park Avenue to 178,959 square feet.
The deal includes 160,051 square feet in its current offices plus an 18,908-square-foot expansion. The move keeps the company in the Plaza District and adds more room inside 345 Park Avenue as it continues to grow its New York presence.
The building remains one of the better-known office towers in the neighborhood, and this transaction stands out for both its size and its long lease term. For tenants tracking large Midtown renewals and expansions, 345 Park Avenue just added another notable one to the list.
