Mphasis has expanded its office footprint at 41 Madison Avenue to 27,709 square feet and extended its lease for another 10 years, according to Commercial Observer. The information technology company added 14,151 square feet and now occupies the building’s entire 36th floor alongside its existing space on the 35th floor.
The expansion gives Mphasis room to grow within 41 Madison Avenue while keeping its New York operation in the same building. The company first moved into the property in 2021.
