The agreement covers Suite 803A and continues Napkin Office Inc.’s presence in the building. Also known as the Film Center Building, 630 Ninth Avenue provides the company with continuity for its office operations without a move.
The lease is a direct renewal in space. Financial terms were not disclosed.
