Nomadworks has signed a 33,783-square-foot lease at 122 West 27th Street in Chelsea, according to Commercial Observer. The 16-year deal will bring the coworking operator to the ninth, 10th and 11th floors of the 12-story office building.
The new space will support Nomadworks’ private offices, coworking areas, meeting rooms and event programming. The company expects to take occupancy in late January, adding a new location as it continues to expand across New York City.
At 122 West 27th Street, the full-floor presence gives Nomadworks room to build a larger workplace community in Chelsea while offering flexible workspace options for growing companies.
