Normal Computing and Inspiren Lease Full Floors at 61 West 23rd Street

Artificial intelligence firms Normal Computing and Inspiren have signed full-floor office leases at 61 West 23rd Street in Manhattan’s Flatiron District, according to Commercial Observer.

The two transactions total 16,734 square feet, with each company taking 8,367 square feet at the seven-story building. The deals reflect continued interest from growing technology companies in the Flatiron office market.

Normal Computing, an AI hardware company, is relocating and expanding its New York headquarters to 61 West 23rd Street. The company plans to move in November, with room for approximately 30 employees and expected headcount growth over the next year.

Inspiren, which develops AI-powered technology for senior living communities, moved into its space in early September. The lease marks the company’s first permanent office in New York City.

Lease terms and asking rents were not disclosed. Still, the combined deal activity adds to the momentum around 61 West 23rd Street and the broader Flatiron submarket.
