Nutter has expanded at 5 Grand Central East, according to Commercial Observer.
The firm renewed 5,719 square feet and added another 5,719 square feet, bringing its total footprint at 5 Grand Central East to 11,438 square feet. The building, also known as 655 Third Avenue, sits in the Grand Central area and continues to attract tenants looking for well-located office space close to transit.
The expansion includes space on the 25th and 27th floors. The reported asking rent was $80 per square foot, while the lease term was not disclosed.
Durst has also been investing in 5 Grand Central East, including upgrades to building systems, which adds another layer to the property’s repositioning in the neighborhood.
