Patricof, a private investment platform that connects professional athletes with investment opportunities, has signed a 7,131-square-foot lease at the Baccarat Building, according to Commercial Observer. The 10-year deal covers the entire 16th floor at 545 Madison Avenue.
The lease marks a relocation for Patricof, which is expected to move from its current Midtown space at the end of the first quarter of 2027. The firm’s new home at the Baccarat Building will give it a dedicated full-floor presence in a 17-story office property.
The building’s alternative name reflects its design connection to Baccarat, including crystal details throughout the property. For Patricof, the move brings its growing team to 545 Madison Avenue in the Plaza District.
