Proskauer Rose has expanded by roughly 60,000 square feet at 11 Times Square, according to Commercial Observer. The expansion covers floors 31 and 32 of the Midtown office tower and brings the firm’s total occupancy in the building to approximately 478,000 square feet.
The deal also extends Proskauer Rose’s existing lease by 15 years. The firm first moved into 11 Times Square when the building opened in 2011, and the latest expansion gives it additional room for continued growth, along with options for more space in the future.
Construction on the 32nd floor is expected to be completed in early 2027. The transaction reinforces 11 Times Square’s role as a long-term home for a growing professional-services organization in the Midtown market.
