Qube has agreed to lease 53,334 square feet on the 25th and 26th floors of 70 Hudson Yards, according to Commercial Observer. The global investment manager is expected to relocate into the planned office tower, which is being developed in Hudson Yards and is scheduled for completion in 2028.
The deal adds to the leasing activity at 70 Hudson Yards as construction moves forward. Qube’s new space will span two floors, giving the company room to establish a larger New York presence in the upcoming 52-story building.
Lease economics were not disclosed. The transaction is structured as a direct lease and is classified as a relocation.
For Qube, the move connects its future workplace plans with a new office development designed around modern tenant needs. For 70 Hudson Yards, the agreement represents another meaningful commitment as the project takes shape.
