Republic Clothing Group signed an 81,010-square-foot direct lease at 1411 Broadway, according to The Real Deal. The 15-year deal gives the apparel manufacturer and wholesaler the building’s entire fifth and 34th floors, along with part of the sixth floor.
The agreement moves Republic Clothing from its current sublease arrangement in the building into a direct lease. The transaction is part of the continued leasing activity at 1411 Broadway following a major renovation of the 1.2 million-square-foot office tower.
With this commitment, 1411 Broadway continues to attract companies looking for substantial office footprints and long-term flexibility in the Midtown market.
