Robely signed a 5,119-square-foot lease for the fifth floor at 37 West 37th Street, according to Commercial Observer. The wholesale home goods and lifestyle products company is relocating its showroom from 104 West 27th Street.
The 10-year, 10-month direct lease will give Robely space for both offices and a showroom at the 12-story Midtown South building. The deal reflects the company’s next step as it continues its wholesale operations in Manhattan.
