Rothera, a derivatives exchange and clearinghouse, has signed a 3,915-square-foot office lease on the eighth floor of 242 West 38th Street, according to Commercial Observer. The company is relocating from a coworking space, and the lease brings Rothera to the Penn Plaza / Garment submarket.
The asking rent was $45 per square foot. The length of the lease was not disclosed. Rothera’s new space is part of the 14-story 242 West 38th Street, an office building with a long-standing presence in the Garment District.
