Sellery has signed a 13,500-square-foot lease for the entire 10th floor at 318 West 39th Street, according to Commercial Observer. The e-commerce management agency, which specializes in TikTok Shop management, will use the space for its growing operations.
The lease gives Sellery a full floor in the 13-story Garment District office building. The existing showroom layout was a strong fit for the company’s needs, including studio space for live-streaming work.
Asking rent and the length of the lease were not disclosed. The transaction adds another active office user to 318 West 39th Street and reflects the building’s ability to support specialized, creative-focused workspaces.
