Sentinel Capital Partners has expanded its footprint at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The private equity firm added 7,134 square feet on part of the 54th floor, bringing its total presence in the building to 34,737 square feet.
The expansion gives Sentinel Capital Partners more room at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue in the Grand Central submarket. The lease term and asking rent were not disclosed. The building is fully leased, according to the source report and the landlord’s announcement.
Sentinel Capital Partners’ latest deal adds to the continued demand for office space at 1 Vanderbilt Avenue, where the company has established a larger long-term footprint.
