Dog food delivery company Spot & Tango signed a lease for 15,931 square feet on the seventh floor of 11 Bryant Park Plaza, according to Commercial Observer. The five-year deal covers the building’s entire seventh floor.
The transaction gives Spot & Tango a new home in 114 West 41st Street, the alternate address for 11 Bryant Park Plaza. The Midtown office building offers the company space to support its next stage of growth in the Penn Plaza / Garment submarket.
With the lease, Spot & Tango joins the latest wave of activity at 11 Bryant Park Plaza, where companies have continued to secure office space despite changing workplace needs.
