Stash Financial has leased 12,322 square feet at 641 Avenue of the Americas, according to Commercial Observer. The fintech company will occupy part of the sixth floor at 635-641 Avenue of the Americas, a Chelsea office property.
The lease was signed in mid-August. The asking rent was $98 per square foot, while the term was not disclosed. Stash Financial plans to relocate from a WeWork space at 450 Park Avenue South, although the timing of the move has not been announced.
The transaction adds to Stash Financial’s office presence in Chelsea. The company’s new space at 635-641 Avenue of the Americas gives it room for its next stage of growth in the neighborhood.
