Synthesia is moving its U.S. headquarters to 50,000 square feet at 675 Avenue of the Americas, according to Commercial Observer.
The AI video platform is relocating from a smaller office at 245 Fifth Avenue in NoMad. The move will give Synthesia nearly four times more space in New York and support future growth.
The new workplace at 675 Avenue of the Americas will include meeting and collaboration areas, flexible event space, and a studio for customer work involving custom avatars and video programs. The six-story office building sits between West 21st and West 22nd streets in Chelsea.
The lease term and asking rent were not disclosed. For Synthesia, the relocation marks a significant step up in its New York presence while bringing its team and customer-facing work into a larger setting at 675 Avenue of the Americas.
