The Geneva School of Manhattan has acquired a permanent campus at 138 West 90th Street, according to Connect CRE. The Upper West Side property gives the independent Classical Christian school a long-term home for its growing educational program.
The six-story, 38,838-square-foot facility was purchased for $33.2 million. The acquisition was approved by the United States Bankruptcy Court in July and provides the school with a dedicated campus in Manhattan.
At 138 West 90th Street, the school secured a permanent setting while paying substantially less than the cost of developing a comparable educational facility in Manhattan today, according to the published report.
