The Points Guy has leased 11,765 square feet at 875 Avenue of the Americas, according to Commercial Observer. The transaction covers space on floors 25 and 26 of the 26-story office building, which is also known as One NoMad.
The five-year, six-month lease gives The Points Guy a new office presence in the Penn Plaza / Garment submarket. The deal is recorded as a relocation, with the company taking space in the building at an asking rent of $85 per square foot.
For 875 Avenue of the Americas, the transaction adds another media-focused company to a property that recently underwent a major improvement program. The building’s upgraded workplace offering includes a private theater, supporting a range of modern office needs.
