Design firm Twelve signed a seven-year lease expansion for 7,000 square feet at 45 Main Street in Brooklyn, bringing its total footprint in the building to 14,000 square feet, according to Commercial Observer.
The expansion gives Twelve more room for its growing team and client work. The company has been based at 45 Main Street since 2015 and has expanded there more than once. The new space is on part of the sixth floor, and the move is expected in the first quarter of 2027.
Located in Brooklyn’s DUMBO submarket, 45 Main Street is a 12-story office building with a strong creative-industry presence. For Twelve, the additional space supports its continued growth while keeping its headquarters in the same building.
