U.S. Legwork Signs Lease at 37 West 37th Street

U.S. Legwork has signed a 5,119-square-foot lease for the entire fourth floor at 37 West 37th Street, according to Commercial Observer.

The apparel and accessories importer will take the space under a 10-year, 10-month direct lease. The transaction adds U.S. Legwork to 37 West 37th Street, a 12-story office property in the Penn Plaza / Garment submarket.

The fourth-floor lease gives U.S. Legwork a new Manhattan location for its operations while expanding the tenant presence at 37 West 37th Street.
