United Talent Agency has signed for 100,948 square feet across floors 25 and 26 at the Empire State Building, according to Commercial Observer.
The move brings the company to one of Midtown's best-known office towers at 350 Fifth Avenue. The lease runs for 16 years and gives United Talent Agency a large new footprint in the building as it consolidates its space.
