Zara is set to open a 22,060-square-foot flagship at 184-192 Bedford Avenue, according to Commercial Observer. The Williamsburg location will span three floors at the development.
The lease adds another major retail use to one of Brooklyn’s busiest shopping corridors. For L3 Capital, the deal reflects the continued draw of Williamsburg for large-format, high-profile storefronts.
